This page contains information about our 2025 District Convention to be held 15-16 August, 2025, in the Sudima Hotel in Rotorua, New Zealand.
The convention will be hosted by the Kiwanis club of Roto Whenua.

All business sessions and the Friday and Saturday evening functions will be held at this venue.

The Sudima Hotel is offering a special room rate to Kiwanis members : at NZ$220 / night twin share - use booking code: KIWANIS-25 if you wish to take advantage of this. Rotorua is full of hotels, motels and other accommodation if you wish to look for a venue better suited to your requirements.
Convention Programme:
At this stage, only a tentative program is available.
The main convention business will take place on the Friday afternoon and Saturday. The Friday evening function is a formal diner and will be held at the Sudima Hotel. There will be an informal fun event on Saturday evening at the Sudima Hotel.

Farewell Brunch on Sunday morning at the Sudima - no cost for those staying at the Sudima.

The full registration fee for all Kiwanis members and guests is NZ $ 395.
Deadline : all registrations must be paid prior to 1 August, 2025!
